Offer: booking and prepayment

1. General

This offer is addressed to individuals (the “Client”) by the Philippines School service, philippinesschool.study (the “Service”). Generating an invoice and paying it is acceptance of this offer.

2. Subject

The Service arranges the Client’s place at an English-language school in the Philippines chosen together with the consultant: it checks availability, sends the application, obtains the school’s confirmation and supports the Client until arrival. Tuition, accommodation and meals are provided by the school on its own terms; the Service is not the school.

3. Prepayment

The amount is agreed with the consultant and shown in the invoice. It is paid through the payment service Platega by SBP or bank card. The prepayment is part of the total price of study: before the Client pays, the Service tells the Client the remaining amount, the school’s invoice and its deadline.

4. Booking procedure

After payment the Service sends the application to the school within one working day. The booking is confirmed when the school confirms it in writing; the Service forwards that confirmation to the Client.

5. Price and currency

Invoices are issued in rubles. If the Client enters the amount in US dollars, it is converted to rubles at the rate shown on the payment page at the moment the Client presses “Pay”. The rate is displayed before payment.

6. Client’s obligations

The Client gives accurate data, follows the school’s rules and the entry rules of the Philippines (passport, visa, SSP). The Service does not guarantee visa decisions or school start dates that depend on third parties.

7. Refunds

The prepayment is non-refundable, as set out in the refund policy published on this site. Duplicate or mistaken payments are returned.

8. Liability

The Service is not liable for the school’s actions, force majeure or decisions of state bodies. Its liability is limited to the amount of the prepayment.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the privacy policy published on this site.

11. Changes

The Service may change this offer; the version published at the time of payment applies.
