This page explains what happens with the details you send through this site. Operator: Philippines School Finder (Julia), julia@philippinesschool.study.
What we collect
When you send a request: your name, the contact you choose (messenger username, phone number or email), the school or program you selected and anything you write in the message field. When you generate a prepayment invoice: your name, contact, school, study period, dates and amount. We also record technical data such as the page you came from and the language you use.
Why
To reply to your request with school options and prices, to book your place, to issue and check your invoice and to keep accounting records. Please do not send passport or card details by message.
Who sees it
The consultant (Julia). Your details are not sold. A school receives your name and contact only when we book a place for you or you ask us to connect you with it. Messages are handled through the messenger or email you named, so that provider also processes them.
Payment data
Payments are processed by the payment service Platega on its own page. Your card or bank details are entered there; we do not receive or store them. We receive only the payment status and amount.
How long we keep it
Request details only as long as they are needed to help you or until you ask us to delete them. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Analytics and advertising
The site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, Yandex Metrica and a Meta pixel to measure visits and advertising results. They set cookies and receive technical data about your visit, not the text of your request. You can block them in your browser settings.
Children
If the student is under 18, please send the request and pay through a parent or guardian.
Deleting your data
Write to julia@philippinesschool.study and ask us to delete or correct what we hold about you.
By sending a request or generating an invoice you agree to this processing.
