Refund policy

Prepayment is non-refundable

The prepayment for booking a place is not refunded, including if you cancel, change your dates or do not travel. It pays for reserving and processing your place and counts towards tuition if you go ahead with the booking.

Before you pay

We tell you this and send the school’s own cancellation terms in writing before you pay, so that you decide with full information.

Payments to the school

What you pay to the school directly (the remaining tuition) is governed by the school’s own cancellation and refund terms, which we send you before payment.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If the same invoice was paid twice or an amount was charged by mistake, write to julia@philippinesschool.study or Telegram @Julietta_Eng with the invoice code (the code in your payment link). We decide within 5 working days and return the extra amount within 10 working days the same way you paid. Your bank may need extra days to credit it.
