Common payment structures
Ask each school which of these applies:
- Deposit (to reserve your seat) + balance before arrival
- Monthly instalments for longer programmes
- On-arrival payment for walk-in / study-only options
- What is refundable if your visa is refused or dates change
Avoid double mark-ups
Pay the school directly at its own rate wherever possible. A trustworthy agent charges you nothing extra — the school pays the placement fee, so your price is the same whether you book direct or through them.
